Collection: Imbolc Collection

Imbolc falls on the 1st of February — the first stirring of spring in the heart of winter. The ground is still cold, but beneath the surface the earth is waking. It is a festival of purification, inspiration, and the returning light — sacred above all to Brigid, the Celtic goddess of the flame, the forge, and the healing well.

This collection is centred on Brigid in all her forms: four hand-carved ash wood statues that honour her as goddess of poetry, smithcraft, and healing, plus a dedicated Brigid Candle Holder — a perfect altar piece for the Imbolc flame that is lit to welcome the returning light. Each carving captures a different aspect of her energy, from the warmth of the hearth to the creative fire of the forge. Alongside Brigid, Eir, the Norse goddess of healing and mercy, brings the theme of restoration and care that runs through the Imbolc season — a time when the world begins to heal after the long dark of winter.

Each statue is individually hand-carved in Ukraine from sustainable ash wood and finished with varnish. Whether you are building an Imbolc altar, honouring Brigid's flame, or seeking a meaningful piece of sacred art for the early spring, this collection brings craftsmanship and intention to your space.
