Shipping and Returns
Processing Time
All ArtCarving Shop statues are handcrafted to order in our workshop in Ukraine. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships. Pre-ordered items also begin processing within 2–3 business days upon arrival in our inventory.
After successfully placing your order, a confirmation email containing all the necessary details will be sent to your inbox. If you cannot locate it, please check your spam folder.
Where We Ship From
We ship from the location closest to you to reduce delivery time. However, not all items are available at every location — availability depends on current stock.
- United States — where available, orders are shipped from our USA Warehouse for rapid domestic delivery. Shop items in stock in the USA → For all other US orders, your statue will be handcrafted and shipped from our Workshop in Ukraine.
- European Union — where available, orders are shipped from our Studio in Madrid, Spain. Shop items in stock in Spain → For all other EU orders, your statue will be handcrafted and shipped from our Workshop in Ukraine.
- All other countries — handcrafted and shipped from our Workshop in Ukraine

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States (from Ukraine): 10–18 days
- United States (from USA Warehouse): 3–9 business days
- European Union (from Ukraine): 10–18 days
- European Union (from Spain Studio): 7–14 business days
- Ukraine: 10–13 days
- Australia, Sweden: 18–22 days
- India, China: 14–28 days
- Rest of World: 10–18 days
Methods of Shipping
We use UPS, UPS Ground, UPS Mail Innovations, and FedEx for delivery to the US. For Standard shipping we use combined shipping options with the postal hub in Florida using UPS plus USPS or UPS Ground in the US.
For other countries we use UPS and FedEx for Express Shipping. We also use DHL, UkrPoshta, and NovaPoshta Global for delivery in Europe. We select the best shipping option unless the customer specifies a preferred method.
We use address courier delivery without signing unless specified in the order notes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Customs & Import Duties
- United States: We ship all US orders using a prepaid duties service — customs fees and import duties are fully covered by us. You will never receive an unexpected charge at delivery.
- European Union: All EU orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Any applicable VAT or customs fees are covered by us. You will receive your order with no extra payment required upon delivery.
- All other countries: International orders outside the US and EU may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
We do not ship to countries under sanctions.
If the Parcel Is Lost
If your parcel did not arrive, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will do our best to find a solution.
Address Errors
Please double-check the shipping address you have provided. If an error in the address prevents delivery, we will refund your original order (excluding the shipping fee) and you can place your order again.
Please be aware that our shipping partners may occasionally encounter uncontrollable delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
