Methods of Shipping
We use UPS, UPS Ground, USP Mail Innovations, FedEx for delivery to the US.
We use address courier delivery without signing unless specified in the order notes.
For Standard shipping we use combined shipping options with the postal hub in Florida using UPS plus USPS or UPS Ground in the US.
For the other countries we use UPS, FedEx, for Express Shipping. We also use DHL, UkrPoshta and NovaPoshta Global for delivery in Europe. We select the best shipping options ourselves unless user specified his or her preferable method.
If the Parcel Is Lost
If your parcel did not arrive, please contact us at the Contact Us page AND / OR write to the following email address - artcarvingshop121@gmail.com, and we will do our best to find a solution.
Order Processing

We carefully prepare your orders in 2-3 business days, while weekends and holidays are taken into consideration. Our special pre-ordered items also begin processing within 2-3 business days upon arrival in our inventory.

After successfully placing your order, a confirmation email containing all the necessary details will be sent to your inbox. If you cannot locate it, please check your spam folder. Feel free to contact us if you require another confirmation.

If you spot anything that needs adjusting in your order, don't worry! Drop us a line straight away at artcarvingshop121@gmail.com. Just remember, once your package is on its way, we're unable to make any changes.
