2. Condition & Method

Condition: Items must be in New condition (unused and in original packaging).

Method: All returns must be sent By Post.

Fees: No restocking fees ($0.00). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
3. Refunds & Processing

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Exchanges: Replacement items are shipped once the original return is received.
4. Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We provide a full refund or free replacement and cover all return shipping costs for defective goods.
5. Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

6. Cancellations Order cancellations are not accepted once the making process begins.
