Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for all standard items within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Contact Us: Within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shipment: Items must be mailed back within 30 days of return authorization.

2. Condition & Method

  • Condition: Items must be in New condition (unused and in original packaging).

  • Method: All returns must be sent By Post.

  • Fees: No restocking fees ($0.00). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).

3. Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

  • Exchanges: Replacement items are shipped once the original return is received.

4. Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We provide a full refund or free replacement and cover all return shipping costs for defective goods.

5. Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders 

  • Digital Downloads.

6. Cancellations Order cancellations are not accepted once the making process begins.
