This hand-carved Naamah statue captures one of demonology’s most enigmatic figures in ecological ash wood — crafted by hand in our family workshop with a protective varnish finish. In Kabbalistic and occult tradition, Naamah is one of the four queens of the demons alongside Lilith, Agrat bat Mahlat, and Eisheth Zenunim: a succubus who moves through the night with complete autonomy, a figure of dangerous beauty and uncontrollable desire.

What makes Naamah compelling is the tension between her two identities — in the oldest layers of Jewish scripture she is the daughter of Lamech and Zillah, a mortal woman associated with music and the arts; in Kabbalistic demonology she becomes something far darker. Like Lilith, she was demonised precisely because she refused to be contained, and has been reclaimed by modern practitioners as a symbol of feminine power, autonomy, and the shadow self. A commanding piece for shadow work altars, occult and pagan sacred spaces, or any collection drawn to the figures tradition tried to silence.
