This hand-carved Moon Cat statue captures the quiet magic of a cat perched on a crescent moon, surrounded by stars. Sculpted from solid ash wood and finished with varnish, every curve of the cat’s silhouette and the moon’s arc is shaped by hand in our workshop in Ukraine. A meaningful piece for cat lovers, Wiccan practitioners, and collectors of pagan and mystical art.
Across cultures, the cat has been revered as a guardian of the unseen world. In ancient Egypt, cats were sacred to Bastet — goddess of the hearth, protection, and feminine power. In Norse mythology, the goddess Freya rode a chariot pulled by two great cats, linking them to magic, independence, and lunar energy. The moon amplifies this symbolism: a cat on the crescent moon represents intuition, mystery, and the ability to move between worlds unseen.
A striking addition to any animal totem collection or Wiccan altar — available in brown, blue, and multicolor finishes.
