Collection: Lughnasadh Collection

Lughnasadh falls on the 1st of August — the first harvest festival of the pagan wheel of the year, when the grain is cut and the earth begins its slow turn toward autumn. This collection honours the gods and goddesses of abundance, craftsmanship, and the fertile earth who preside over this sacred season.

Lugh, the Celtic god of light, skill, and the harvest, gives this festival its name — represented here in two hand-carved forms that capture his mastery and solar brilliance. Danu, the great mother goddess of the Tuatha Dé Danann, embodies the fertile earth from which all abundance flows. Demeter, the Greek goddess of the grain and harvest, brings the Mediterranean voice of the first reaping. Sif, the Norse goddess whose golden hair is the very image of ripened wheat, honours the Norse harvest tradition. And the Mother Earth figure grounds the collection in the universal archetype of the nourishing earth.

Each statue is individually hand-carved in Ukraine from sustainable ash wood and finished with varnish — a meaningful altar piece for Lughnasadh rituals, harvest celebrations, or year-round devotion to the gods of abundance.
