We tried to do it for you with great pleasure and put effort into this wooden sculpture, a wooden statue from the ash tree for your complete delight.

Syn is the Scandinavian Germanic goddess of vigilance, truth, and justice. Syn comes from the gender of Asier and is often referred to as the "gatekeeper of heaven." In other interpretations, she guards the gate of the goddess Frigga's palace.

Syn decides who is allowed to enter and who is not. When called, she must also keep an eye on all doors, which must remain closed and through which unauthorized persons cannot pass. Her name also means denial. Apparently, there were a lot of people whom she considered unworthy and therefore refused entry. On the other hand, she is a demanded protector goddess.

She is so discerning that she can tell if someone has been wrongly accused. She is completely impartial, omniscient, and absolutely fair. Therefore, Syn was especially revered as a patron goddess among those who suffer from false accusations. The trial took place under her protection, and oaths were taken on her behalf. She is the goddess of justice, fair and wise judgments, and protector of the (innocent) accused. Many cultures have goddesses with similar responsibilities.
