About the Austri

The gnomes, including Austri, were skilled blacksmiths, shrouded in mystery and instrumental in shaping the world. Austri held a special place in mythology, being responsible for the eastern directions. They forged the otherworldly hammer Mjölnir for the god of thunder, Thor, a weapon that helped protect the world from evil forces. Every detail of the hammer was crafted with incredible gnome craftsmanship, imbuing it with magical power.

Additionally, the Nordic gnome crafted the sword Tyrfing for the god Tyr. The sword was exceptionally sharp and never dulled, but it was cursed, forcing Tyr to keep it hidden.

Furthermore, the gnomes fashioned a magical bow and arrows for the goddess of love and beauty, Freyja. The bow and arrows were regal and granted Freyja supernatural accuracy and strength, aiding her in battles and defense against enemies.
